    Thumbs down FHM-Greg Valentino...

    Has any one seen this months FHM. Apparently they interviewed him on training and how big his arms were and so on. I can't believe he has the balls to do that interview. I give him credit though he did say that you didn't have to juice to get large or get big arms (all you have to do is shoot a gallon of synthol with an I.V.)

    I read MD every month and his column is hilarious...that guys is a freak....but hey at least he is honest. Great avatar by the way....

    Honest, thats my point that he isn't at all. In the article he makes it seem as if all he did was juice and train hard. Granted I'm sure his training is on point but still. Most of that mass on his arm is synthol. i agree with you big boy he is an ass.

    You have a point it is his body and he does have the right to do whatever he wants, but that doesn't mean we all have to agree with what he does. Hell he wanted freakishly big arms and he got them, more power to him,but doesn't mean I have to like the way they look. but that is besides the point, my point in this thread was the way he tried to come off in this article in FHM. Oh and thanks palequail, I totally missed the avatar comment.

    exactly..............to eachs own........it doesnt affect us........and one person can not make the whole bb industry look bad......and if anything, then i give him props for people giving him that much power

    but regardless..........i was introduced to him out one night in NYC.............he is truly one of the nicest guys you could meet..........

    There are pictures of him pre synthol. He had a decent body. There are others that show his deflated left bicep. He had a huge abcess removed. Yes his arms look totally ridiculous. I don't consider him a bodybuilder and doubt he considers himself one either. He's bisicallty a side show freak cashing in on the shock value of the whole world's biggest arms thing.
