    I need some help bros

    Why is it that when I don't have sex for like 1 month, i get off in like 2 minutes that next time I try to go? good god it is embarassing, but one way I can look at it is that "hey I busted a nut who cares" or i can look at it like, "**** i didn't do nothing for this girl, well, i busted a nut who cares." Any suggestions guy?

    well people will shout me SHUT THE F**** UP! But I do have a way for you to stay longer after a laps of time... But I'm telling you!! IT'S BAD for the shape!
    Smoke some weed... that will conduct to your brain nurone will witch gives you the effect of andorphine that will makes you fell less physical touching so you will retain everything twice as much longer.
    They're also a better way not to freak out your shape... there's Mush so much better for the shape but not for your health...
    Anyway if you try it there's 2 thing to do so you wont screw up ur body too much... Eat MORE MORE AND MORE but only goood nutriment.. Not too much carbs most you need is prots with a really small amonth of sugar. Next day Cardio and 25min Sona with a break of 5min in the midle... than you may do your usuall workout.
    Am I doing that? Well I was... last time done, I was 16 or 17...

    Hey bro, i feel what ur saying. Best way to stop that from happening is jackoff more often if ur not having sex. Smack it atleast once ed ur not having sex. That will keep everything flowing so theres no backup... Good luck!!
