Report Your First Cycle Performance Increase
Hey all,
I was just kind of curious as to how much gain in performance people made on their first cycle. To be exact where was your bench, squat, and deadlift before the first cycle? Where was it after. It Might be fun to see what the average percent increase was for each lift. Also, mention what you used on the first cycle if you don't mind.

I have not cycled yet so I can't give my personal experience yet.
