Art Dore ( the promotor ) lives here in my town. He put on alot of contests here before going nation wide. At the beginning it was just alot of big guys with no boxing skills. But now they have seemed to get much better. So go for it, but get a bit of boxing lessons if you don't have any. It will take you much farther then just muscle.

i have no boxing experience but if they call i think i would try it.

Anyone catch the tough man superbowl how funny. Anyway if anybody is an ultimate fighting fan tank abbot used to compete in the toughman back in the day. Imagine going against that sick F. I have never seen anyone hit harder than that guy. I will never forget when he sent a profesional kung fu master dude clear across the octagon.With one good punch the guy was out cold.
