Advice?
Hey all. I am starting to get back in the gym after about a year off. I had knee sugery last november and lost a lot of mass. I have only been back in the gym about a month and am getting some gear together. I am not looking to get big fast but just recoop some of my loses. I have 350mg of d-bol, 10ml of deca 200mg/ml and plenty of clen. I have cycled before, but I was wondering if anyone had some advice on a schedule or any other compounds I should consider. I am 30yrs. 5'5'' at 149, 8-12%BF I used to be 170lbs at 5-8%.

Why dont you just `get your diet and training in order for a few months. If you havent worked out in a year, then you need to strengthen your muscles and tendons before you juice and overlift, which will hurt you and you will be injured again. Slow down and dont rush it.

I agree, don't hurry this. Regain your strength and some size start eating right and then when you feel you've plateaued then get on the gear.

I plan on waiting awile, but I do not have a ready supply of juice, so I am asking now, so if I need to make any changes I have time.

Whatever you decide I don't think you've got enough gear.
A good old fashion D-Bol/Sus/Deca stack is a favourite!
