PPL PCT/ During Cycle Q's

Guys PPL's Version of Nolvadex is supposed to be about 35mg of tamofexen but im not sure if its real tamofexen....my question is during the cycle, should i just take 1 a day or split it in half???.....any help appreciated......

many have said that their anti e's are very good. I split mine in half

how much nolva did you take ED throughout your cycle??? if you did say 10mg ED then for pct i'd bump that to 20mg ED

erm maybe ud be able to answer a q i have, does the amt of nolva used ed during cycle and for pct change depending upon how much gear your using

i.e. if im using test e 500mg/wk and using 10mg nolva ed
would someone using test e 1000mg/wk still use 10mg ed?

1000mg a week is a lot of gear...I personally have never ran that much test....but that is what I would do...i would also add .25mg ed of l-dex(yes even at 500)

ah ok mate im not using 1000mg it was just for my example hehe
