    How much can I keep?

    Give me your best estimate, for a guy who is 6' and 215 lbs already, with 2 and 1/2 years of solid routine under his belt, and 30 yrs old.

    How much can I keep from a SUS(500)/DECA(400)/DBOL(40)/Arimidex(.25) - Clomid cycle?

    I know you have to eat and sleep right. 4000-5000 cals/ day and around 400g protein/ day. That should treat ya ok.

    Well, then you won't be able to take a shit. . But do what you gotta do.

    Just keep calories up at least 3-4 weeks after cyc, then gradually reduce carbs to maintenance level...which will be higher than before the cycle.
