Bad Injection

Hey guys just yesterday I was shooting 2.5cc of Deca in my left quad and I got a sharp pain when I started plunging that went right down into my knee, shortly after a large area of my quad went completely numb. Today I have the feeling back but the left side of my quad and around my knee cap is very swollen. I think I've probably hit a nerve but what do you guys think? Is it anything to worry about?

I usually take it out and do another spot if it hurts tooo much
