nolva???

Hey just a question to anyone that can help. Im currently running 300 mg of deca a week and 500mg of sustanon. I have nolvadex and arimadex. Do u think i should run my nolva with my cycle or use it to come off of it. how many mg's a day should i take and for how long? thanx

l-dex @ .25 mgs ED throughout cycle.

some would say nolva hinders gains as it competes with the test but i havent seen any medical proof as of yet. i would save the nolva for PCT and just use the arimidex throughout ur cycle, u dont need both IMO. keep the nolva on handy for extra percautionary messures just in case gyno symptoms occur.

I use it throughout cycle at 10mg ED and 20mg during PCT, like DB said, if you use the nolva and l-dex throughout you can prevent gyno and minimize water weight which is a big plus.

3rd that. Especially with sust and deca. What about some B6 too? Isn't that standard for deca cycles to avoid gyno?
