    Clen and Cytomel cycle for female

    Hi--I'm looking to lose weight with out putting on mass--what is the best way to cycle clenbuterol and cytomel for the most effective weightloss in a 6-8 week time frame??? please help thanks!

    First off, you really should take your resting temp for the next four or five days to get a baseline of where your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is at right now, then from there we can suggets a dosage and time frame best suited for your needs! This thread below describes how to check your BBT:

    Before you even consider running clen or T3. First of all, what are your current stats (i.e. height, weight, bodyfat%, etc.) How long have you been training? What does your diet look like?

    Read the educational threads for this info. There is an pleniful abundant amount of info on both these supplements along with how to stack them together with proper dosages.

    Ummm... diet and training history (or LACK there of) should be considered before advising anyone to use Clen or T3.

    t3/clen is an excellent fat burning combo if you are properly educated on them, and if you use this stack with the proper training and diet. Don't just jump into this.
