    Milk Thistle and cranberry seed

    Wondering what kind of mg's of each of these I should take along with any other recommended pre-cuationaries. Will be on Sus, Deca, and A50. Thanks fellas

    Bro instead of milk thistle, the best liver dextoxifier is tyler liver detox, it is by far the best. If you are interested in getting it I can give you the site. About the dosage for milk thistle they come in different concentrations. You gott read then label, Silyamrin's is 300-800 mg 3 times a day.

    Take between 500-1000mg of milk thistle when using it to detox your liver on a bad oral cycle etc
