Does any one know how to reduce the pain of sust 350?

Sust250? Or do you have some weird UG 350 stuff that i've never heard of? Anyway, are you massaging around the injection site afterwards? Have you tried a heating pad? Shooting in the glutes? Glutes seems to be favorable because most notice a lower pain factor shooting there. If you've tried all these and none work, you might just be a sissy

Inject very carefully and slowly. Then stretch and massage the area. If you can, take a hot shower or bath after. Everytime i do that i have very little pain. Also utilize a heating pad.

Also take a hot bath before you do the injection... this will allow your muscle to be in a relaxed state during your injection... on top of it, do what the other says... "rub, rub, rub"

i like to heat up the vial in hot water just to thin out the oil....then inject slowly....make sure you massage the area and press real hard so that you spread the oil....it's best to take a nice hot shower after injecting....massage while in the shower.....this should reduce some of the pain!...JMO

heat oil up before inject then after heat pad and rub the hell out of it

try mixing it with b12. i hit glutes and quads and have very little pain the next day none on injection day.
