So i got ahold of some 10mg dbol. I was just curious to see what the consensus recomended to how i should spread this out during the day. Also, with its short half life, does the time sleeping matter that much.

Personally, i use 50mg/day for the first 4 weeks of a bulking cycle. So id swallow a tab every 3 hours or so. And dont disturb your sleeping pattern...for anything. If you only wanna use 30mg/day, just take a tab every 5 hours or so

ok, lets say your cycle is:
1-4 dbol
1-10 test enth
... you should take 30-40 g dbol ed (split into 3-4 doses)!!!
and, do u know something about milk thistle and ala?
if no, do some research on dbol and liver protectants.
i really hope ure not goin to run a dbol only cycle!!!

No im not doing a dbol only cycle. I definately know what i am doing and what im talking about. I wasnt really asking if i should spread them out...its just that at night, you wil be sleeping for about 8-10 hours and that is more than the half life so i was just wondering why one would or wouldnt want to take one in the middle of sleep
Yeah i kinda figured thats what you were after. I never disturb my sleep patterns...for short half life drugs, protein shakes, anything. It just seems pointless. If youre taking say 40mg of dbol, its not gonna be out of your system if you swallow the last 10mg a few hours before bedtime. I think this is one of those cost/benefit things. I think theres more benefit to getting a full nites sleep and letting your blood hormone levels get slightly lower rather than keeping your blood levels perfectly constant but interrupting sleep patterns.Quote:

I would take them every 4.5/5 hours. Half life of DBOL is about 4.5 hours...
