it's good to get a feel of how you react to something foreign and more toxic to your body. i remember my very first cycle i was amazed when week 3 came around. of course you're gaining some water weight along with it and will most likely lose the water weight, but i'd say about 90 % of the strength gains are retained.
Yeah - lost 20# fat and gained 10# in muscle just finished 6th week. I did use Deca my first 4 wejs but quit it in week 5 so I doubt I got much Deca benefit except my joints feel better.Originally Posted by 1-Cent

Test only is a great first cycle and i definitely recommend it
i did test only for my first cycle, got really strong
I also did test only and gained good strength and weight. I was 215 at the end of my cycle, once I shed the water I was around 205. I was 195 when I started.
