Hey bros I was just going to do my usual tris,bis and forearms to night but i decided to change it up a bit instead of doing 3 sets increasing weight and moving to the next workout I decided to do the 3 sets and then go back to the original weight adn do an all out burn(just tear the muscle up) has any one else done or doing this? Because I can barely lift a slice of bread or my d*ck and they weigh about the same. LOL. Just wanted to know what everybody thought or was doing?
