so you are running 500mgs test and 400mgs deca wk. This should be fine:

wk 1-12 500mgs test
wk 1-11 400mgs deca
wk 1- pct 10mgs nolva and .25mgs l-dex. You also may want to consider 200mgs b6 for deca gyno. I would also recommend a 300/100 clomid for 30 days because deca shuts you down pretty hard....

your best bet would be deff to not take the deca and get some dbol or something else i mean im not gonna bash on deca but why take it when theres so much better stuff out there lol.....think about it
