I have been on my cycle for a while now, and I have began to experience lower back tightness whenever I do alot of running. Is this because I'm not stretching enough or not drinking enough water, or something else. Please help. Thanks

what about glucosamine????
glucosamine is for the joints bro... i don't think it would help with the back pump... tough it out and you'd be fine...![]()
back pumps are the worst say good bye to heavy deads and squats![]()

It doesnt hurt that bad man. After you get done working out and its "pumped up" real bad. Lay down on your back near a bench and prop your legs up on it and sit for a minuit or two.
Glucosamine is for joints. You could try massage and calcium/magnesium supplements which should relax the muscles. Epsom salts in a warm bath just like our grandmothers used to do.
