Okay my question is if i draw some test and i wanna draw some deca in the same syringe do i need to change to a new needle or can just use the same needle that i used to draw the test with???

use the same needle and change before injecting

yea i'd just draw with the same one and then switch it out myself

I always use 21 gauge or so to draw it down so it don't take so long then swap over to the needle i'm going to inject with...always work fine for me.
