fell off the wagon..
ok, i finished a 4 week dball kickstart and am currently on week 5 of test enanthate500mg/wk. anyway, after i finished dball(week 4) i felt so shi*y, i took a week and 1/2 off of training (10 days) and during that time blew my diet bigtime. i'm so fukin hungry all the time, but instead of eating clean i ate every piece of sh*t i could get my hands on. the test has not kicked in though. anyway, did i blow this cycle? or if i cont. will i be able to salvage the rest of it (12 weeks total). i can't believe i did this-what are your opinions on my lapse in training/diet???

it doesnt matter if you eat clean or not. If you eat bad foods you will still put on muscle but it will come with fat. As long as you get enough protein, carbs, cals you will still put on size. Just start eating as healthy as you can and continue your workouts. You'll be fine

I agree! You have PLENTY of time to redeem yourself... you may gain alittle more fat than you want.. but that can always be eradicated later!

You should be able to still make sufficient gains as long as you get into the gym and giver hell. Just make sure you got your head on straight from here on out.

just remember if u feel the need to lose ur discipline, lose it with the diet but dont stop working out. it is easier to lose fat naturally than it is to gain muscle naturally.

To answer your question...
Dont worry about it. You cant change what is done. The past is the past. You can only hope to change the future. Who cares if you were not 100% in the past...just be 100% in the future....this is actually not a bad philosophy in anything
