    Question inject one side or both sides...test e...

    Hey bros whats up ..I was woundering if you were injecting 500mg of test e
    split up into two injections 250mg mon and 250 thurs. could you inject both
    test e into one side of your butt or is it better to swich and do both sides

    Just rotate. Left glute then right glute. Then cycle through other sites if you want, but you should leave sometime for sites to heal to prevent scar tissue build up.
