Read a thread a few weeks back about someone being constipated. I think it was "powerlifter" who gave the solution that worked like a charm. Magnessium Citrate? Can't remember. Anyway my freind has tried everything,and nothing has helped. Calling all Doctors!!

Yea tell him to take some benefiber or eat a bunch of green veggies..... or try ex lax if he is really desperate. if that doesn't help go see a doc immediately.

mexican food.jk. get a high intake of fiber,it should do the trick,if not, ex lax.

get a bulk forming laxative preferably psyllium, psyllium can absorb 60x its weight in water. Take it with a boat load of water follow the instruction on the box. If that doesnt work try fleets phospho-soda or magnesium citrate liquid...lol or mineral oil that'll do a quick water evac.

I'll send my fat wife over to stand on his belly. Just kiddin........ Lactulose is the key. If you have a pharm. buddy, they will usually give it to you. Can't get it over the counter but it's kinda like getting motrin ex (ibupro. high dose) from a pharmicist. It works guaranteeeeeeeeed! It will clean you out so make sure and drink lotsa water so you dont get rasin (or prune) body.

get a bottle of magnesium citrate Bro - OTC at any pharmacy - will clean you right out
