Hi, this is my first post...
so I am 24 I took several cycles from 21 - 23 and for some reasons (operation in knee and other stuff) I stopped working out and AS for about 11 months.
so I was 140 and reached 171.5
now I am back to 150..
so my question as my receptors are very fresh now... should I start my first cycle as a beginner somehow?
I am thinking of
1-7 deca 200/wk
1-7 testoviron depot 250/wk
1-7 stanol 4tabs/day on training days
+ multiV. + creatine cuz it will expire after 1.5 months
eating + training + rest excellent
should I start my first cycle as a beginner somehow?
and should I expect good gaines as beginners?
