I'm on 62.5 mg of tren and 100mg of prop every other day. I'm taking 20mg of Nolvedex per day, but I just started getting this burning sensation that comes and goes on my left nipple...is this gyno???

Could be an indication of the start. You might want to throw in .25 to .5 mg of Arimidex as an anti-e as well and B6 200-500mg ED. That might be enough to stop the burn you are experiencing.
