i am in college, so i'm not going to lie, my diet isn't very good, but every night for dinner i eat rice, salad, and soup. plus i'm taking vitamins. i mean, i don't eat that bad, but of course it's hard to have to the best diet in the world. plus i condition the **** out of myself too. i mean, all of my muscles are getting stronger and harder. also, you should know that i'm 3 weeks into my winny cycle, and i just started test. 250. also, in a couple weeks i will begin taking clen which should help with the losing fat part.
