I Injected this, if it is the samething I had(orange label w/ some farm animals on it). Got some great results out of it. Watch out for the nose bleeds, gave me some killer ones until I got off. Good Luck!

One last thing, have some water handy. For some reason right when it went in, I could taste it in my mouth. Just FYI

Put it in gel caps and take orally...I injected before I knew better and it was the worst pain I've experienced...

thx guys. ironfist, 1 25 blast a day or break it down to 5's through the day. or does it really matter? the shot did have some pain and left a lil bump.
