anavar takes a few weeks before you notice strength gain. maybe a few days to see a change in body composition if your lean and havent been "on" for a while.

my answer was more like an accurate joke. the gains WILL probably be something like that but its impossible to tell. if you take this stuff then sit on the couch you wont gain anything. if you eat like a madmaniac you can gain 30lbs. its all up to you and your genetics.
what about strength gains?? also with very clean diet could i lose bf%

I used anavar for one cycle and that alone. I noticed increase in strength in less than a week....
I get all the strength gains in less then a week on var, and that was on 30mg ed.
