    Exclamation Wrong guage needles? Help!?

    I just started my first cycle, injecting 250mg of testosterone cypionate once a week. After my 4th week and 4th injection, I realized that I used a 25 guage needle for my 2nd and 3rd injection, and possibly my first as well. I read that a 22 guage needle is required for oil based steroids ; does this mean that my previous 25 guage injections were a total waste? If so, should I consider my 4th week as my 1st week and continue on for 10 more weeks? Help!?

    Also how much cardio should I be doing? I'm 6'2, 190 lbs, 8.5% bodyfat, but I'm hardly ripped or anything.

    holy cow how did u inject your gear, the needle was probably so thin, must have took forever to draw the gear from the vial

    hey mate,

    you should have a look at www.spotinjections.com

    25g /1inch is ideal for quads/glutes but can be used anywhere

    25g 5/8 inch is ideal for triceps/delts/biceps

    where you injecting?

    Your fine. 23 gauge or 25 are both preferred. A little slower to inject with the 25's but that also helps make you less sore from the injection. I am not up for 22's - too big for me but some people are fine with them. I draw from the vial with 20g so it goes into the syringe fast, then switch needles to a 25g for injection.

    Also scar tissue is slower to build up with the 23's and 25's

    thats fine, i use 25g 5/8 inch for bi's, tri's, and delts. 22g 1.5 inch for glutes.

    i use 23's seems not to hurt, only when i do test only shots it's sore for a couple of days

    23's to draw, 25's to inject. Got 150 of each with 150 sterile syringes right now. Can't wait till June!

    21G 1.5" all the way

    The standard needle size, and not much different to a 23G
