hey all i know im younge and ther will be alot of ppl saying im to younge for anythign well im just looking to loose my gut i put on recently from a diet of beer and fast foods i used to be very physicaly fit not huge or anything but in the gym 6 times a week or so but i began partying and didnt stop untill i realisde the gut i and love handles i put on well ok about me im 18 turning 19 in a couple months 5'5 my family is alll short so idont think im growing anymore and weigh about 180 punds im naturaly a thick guy (not fat) with im sure a pretty high b/f im not sure to be honestand its mostly my mid section that needs the most work my upper body and arms are pretty good i would think im jus looken for alittle help on getting rid of my gut and love handles ... but i knwo i msut sound like a complete noob right now but any info would be greatly appreciated thanks alot guys
