I am about to start a cycle of test and deca and was wondering if I needed to stop taking m y ZMA supplement when i start the cycle. I am asking because i heard that you dont see results from the steroids until your natural test was shut down and the ZMA might keep it producing.

Since I ahve been taking it I have gotten alot stronger. Will it mess up my cycle???
