My wife has been making fun of my nuts (bb's). I ran deca only as my first cycle. Good gains but I think what happened was all the weight in my balls shifted to my upper body. Its like squeezing the bottom of a balloon and the bottom of the balloon shrivels up. Not trying to bust your balls but do a little more research before you start and ask the pros on this site. Deca is a good AS but make sure you run some test with it.

If your nuts dont shrink at all, your either did not run it long enough, did not keep close check on your junk, ran HCG during cycle, or got fake gear.

IMO some people get gyno, some people suffer hairloss and some people suffer ball shrinkage.

but once you get off deca your balls will go back to normal right?

From what I have read,Deca will cause your balls to shut down to a point greater than other steroids. But yes they will resume normal function. It just takes a little more time than most other types of gear.
