    About Clen

    So i was reading the clen handbook and now i might be a little confused. The hand book says not to take more than 160 mcg a day and to use a build up program. The clen i have is 200mcg X 50 ml, So should i try to measure it in the syringe to cut back on the potency. Thanx for the help

    yes, real easy math follow the chart and measure your clen in a syringe..
