    depends on bodyfat, but I would go 1 inch min on my injects

    I use 5/8" for quads and delts. bf% is about 20% and I have no problems.

    5/8 is ok for those sites........... don't use them for glutes

    i never did a 5/8" inject into the quads but i might try. should i push the skin down and make an injent where i shoot?

    I have always used 1/2 to 5/8 on quads and 1 inchers on glutes. I have never had any problems. And this was with everyday injects on a Prop/Tren cycle. I am by no means an Ethiopian, either.
