Liquid nolva question

Im currently running sust250 and fina Ed.And I was told to run liquid nolva 10mg everyday. And I have been but i noticed some puffiness in one of my nipples. Should I up the dosage to 20Mg everyday and also how many Ml is 20mg?

Is the area tender or sore to the touch?

You have to know what strength your liquid is dosed at to answer the other question. BUT, if you are currently taking 10mg ed, and you need 20, just double the amount you are taking now.

if you have puffiness in your nipple, you may want to bump it to 60-80mg ed until the puffiness goes away and then run it at 20mg ed......Also get some l-dex and run that at .25 mg ed with it

Could just be some water retention in your chest, if you have any discharge, constant itchiness, or constant tenderness then bump it up to 50mgs until the nipple is back to normal.

Also B-6 @ 600 mgs ED til symptoms subside.It could be prolactin related from the fina.
