Is this too much???

for my 2nd cycle should i use 600mg of test a week or 1,000mg a week??
my first cycle i used only 250mg and did not get a hell of alote out of it. or what is a good dosage for a 2nd ever cycle?

this is what i had in mind
week 1-14 eq 500mg a week
week 1-16 test p 85mg ed
week 1-16 test E 400mg a week
week 10-16 winstrol 50mg ed.

proper pct and anti'es also of course.

any ideas too make it better?

Way too much for a second cycle bro. Run 500-600 mg of test a week with one other compound.

Also dont run it more then 14 weeks.

like TRE said... too much for a second cycle. run this:

1-12 eq 500 mgs ew
1-13 test enth 500 mgs ew
9-15 winny 50 mgs ed

nolva 10 mgs ed throughout.

work harder, eat better, get more sleep. You should be able to get three cycles of good solid growth from 300-500mg.

alot is dependant on the size of the user. people over 200 lbs should be doing 500 mgs ew imo. personally, i started at 400 mgs, and worked my way up slowly... you're right thats the better way to go. but there are differing opinion on this. there are people that advocate 1 g a week for a first cycle.

I am on my 3rd low dose cycle...400mg/wk now (which is the highest yet).

In a year I have gone from 189 @ 18% to 224 @ 13%....I will break 230 on this cycle and probably drop to 12%.

You cant make up for poor training/diet/rest by using more gear...or any gear for that matter!
