Injection Frequency

Hypothetically speaking lets say you're going to do 700mg of Test /week. Plus other stuff of course but lets keep it simple.

How does everyone recommend injecting through the week. Would you break it up into 7 equal parts and do an injection each day? Do 350mg twice a week? etc

I know this can get complicated, especially when taking half life into consideration but I'm just looking for a rule of thumb. Is it ok to inject 100Mg of test everyday with a chaser of 100mg deca and eq every other day?

for the test everyone i know does it monday thursday to keep levels the same

Well, if it were PROP, yes split it up ED, for Cyp and Enan, 2 times a week is fine and Sust, E2D's...
