    inject before or after

    Just wondering if it makes any difference.. Ive been injecting before but today I did it after my workout.

    it doesnt matter when you inject, just keep it consistant at the same time each week or day or whenever you inject, i always inject in the morning because i just dont have the will power to wait

    doent matter! I always inject before i go to bed so my muscles can absorb it up while i sleep instead of taking first thing when my day starts and having the pain of the injection throbing all day. ecspecially in legs because i walk alote.

    Just don't shoot in the legs after a leg work out. I made the mistake of doing that as soon as i came home from the gym, still had an unreal pump in the quads It got pretty bloody.
