best first cycle

which one would be better for a first cycle, looking to put on some mass but little waterweight and keep most the gains.
I'm 22 5'10'', 13%bf, 195

both 15 wks
either:
wk 1-10 Test enanth 500mg/wk
wk 1-10 Deca 400mg/wk
wk 7-12 winnie 50mg/ed
wk 1-15 nolva 10mg/ed
wk 13-15 clomid treat 300mgs working down to 50mgs taken every day
wk 1-15 200mgs b6/ed
also planing to take b12shots

or

wk 1-10 eq 500mg/wk
wk 5-10 winnie 50mg/ed
wk 1-15 nolva 10mg/ed
wk 13-15 clomid treat 300mgs working down to 50mgs taken every day

was told to drop the winnie from the first cycle (test/deca)

neither, both have to many substances for a first time cycle, and neither one looks good, look under novice cycles, and pick one of those, IMO test e only and anti e's!

natural looks good to me doing the exact same one as you except for the winny the only thing i would do different is get rid of the winny save it and run the test one week longer so ur pct lines up good luck

I'd go with the first one.But I'd drop the winny,and run the test 1 week longer.

I'm far from an expert on AAS, but drop the winny and use the first cycle. Follow DaBull's advice.

I would never suggest running deca or fina in a first cycle..... both will shut you down very hard.

Test/EQ, or D-Bol/Test, Test/Winny are fine for first cycle....... but the ones you posted have way too many compounds in it.

I was also thinking of running a deca /test cycle. I was reading the example cycles on the steriod home page and almost all the novice one's suggest using deca??
