I need help. I'm about to start a new course, this is about my 10th. I've done other courses like this before but i just want some other peoples opinions. I've also included my diet as i've dropped alot since my last course and can't understand why anyway here is the course;
WEEk 1;
Mon; 1 Sus, 1 test suspension, 10 d.bol
Tues: 1 test suspension, 10 d.bol,
Weds; 1 Sus with 2ml of Cyp, 10 d.bol
Thurs; 1 test suspension, 10 d.bol
Fri; 1 sus with 2ml of cyp, 10 d.bol
Sat; 1 sus 10 d.bol
Sun 10 d.bol
WEEK 2;
Mon; 1 Sus, 1 test suspension 10 d.bol
Tues; 1 test suspension 10d.bol
Weds; 1 sus with 2ml of cyp 10 d.bol
Thurs; 1 test suspension
Fri; 1 sus with 2ml of cyp
Sat; 1 sus
WEEK 3;
Mon; 1 Test x, 1 test suspension
Tues; 1 test suspension
Weds; 1 test x,
Thurs;1 test suspension
Fri; 1 test x,
Sat; 1 Test x
WEEK 4;
Mon; 1 test x
Tues; 1 test x
weds; 1 enanthate
Fri; 1 test x
Sun; 1 test x
WEEk 5;
Mon; 1 Parabolan, 1 enanthate
weds; 1 Parabolan
Thurs; 1 enanthate
Sun; 1 Parabolan
Week 6;
Same as week five but with clen from start of the week, 5 tabs per day, two days on two days off
Well theres the course, any suggestions would be welcome. I'll be taking novaldex throughout it.
Here is my diet, i have between 2-3 hours beween each meal;
Meal 1 (breakfast); 4 egg whites, 1 bowl of corn flakes, 1 protein mix
meal 2; 3 turkey breast in bread crumbs, 1 bowl of white rice
meal 3; protein mix and maybe a few cookies
WORKOUT followed by a post workout protien mix
Meal 4; 3 turkey breats, 4 egg whites
meal 5; protein mix
meal 6; protein mix
Well theres my diet. If i can i have an extra meal instead of a protein mix, normally turkey and rice or turkey and potato.
Like i said i really need some advice, i've heard all sorts of **** down my gym and i wanted other peoples opinions. Some have said the course is to much but like i said its not the first time i've done this kinda course. I was thinking about taking out the test suspension but don't know what to replace it with

Arms; 16 and a half inches
chest relaxed 40inches
waist; 32inches around the stomach
I'm normally about 220lbs but i've really come down, help me!!!!!!
