1. If this is your first cycle then 200mg for 10 days is fine. Are you sure it's crystal and not powder. I've got like 6 sources for DNP, including the one einstein1905 is talking about and none of them sell crystal.
2. I see two ways to run the t3.
A. To return t3 levels to normal during the DNP cycle (dnp stops t4 to t3 conversion). According to Mallet normal t3 levels are around 75mcg, so I'd run one of Mallet's 7 day t3 cycles at the end of your DNP cycle (days 4-10 at 75mcg ED).
B. Run a long t3 cycle, far past the DNP. If you do I'd run it higher then 75mcg, because all you'll be doing is replacing your natural t3 levels (see A).
3. Don't run clen with DNP. I don't have any hard evidence for this but I've never seen anyone recommend it. Also I've been told by a guy I know and trust (we'll call him H.) that he's seen something that said it was a bad idea.
