Im going on a noradin 200 and test 200 stack 10 wks of the muscle gained ( No idea how much weight) what % or how much will i keep, some say as low as 20 % im sure that it varies from person to person and clomid helps keep gains and this might be a question that cannot be answered and im sorry if its a dumb question :( but i was wondering if anyone had a general idea. thanks again guys, ive learned so much here and ive only been here a week
From past experiences, if you don't use clomid, then you'll lose about 1/3 of your gains. If you use clomid, then you'll pretty much keep it all. So defenitly get some clomid if you can and make sure when you go off you keep lifting and keep your protein intake high.

I did sust 500/week with clomid after, and kept 95% of my strength- and i had made good gains on the cycle too.

he intensity and motivation dropped way off after the cycle though. But then again I lost all the water & fat from the sust after clomid therapy- so it kind of equals out.
Your cycle is light- so with clomid I suspect you'll keep almost all of your gains too.
