yeah, left side is a preferred injenction spot. i find it a little tricky to do it myself but if you do it slow you'll be fine. plus you dont want all the scar tissue to build up in your right cheek. i alternate from right cheek, right quad, right delt to left cheek, left quad left delt. keeps all my spots fresh...peace

in the inner portion of your butt, near your crack...DONT inject there, you'll be jumping quick, and be temporarily paralyzed, so Ive heard.
