PLEASE help w/ upcoming post cycle

Alright, I am on my 9th week of a 10wk w/ 500 sust. & 400 deca. Do I need to follow the clomid chart? And do I need to add in some HCG right now or leading up to the colomid? Please let me know everything I need to do. I have made some great gains and I need you guys to help me keep them. Thanks

You could add HCG but a 10 week cycle shouldn't need it even with Deca.

3 weeks after your last sus / deca injection start PCT...... here's how I run PCT

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex / 200mg B6 / 4g Tribulus
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex / 200mg B6 / 4g Tribulus
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex / 200mg B6 / 4g Tribulus
