200 divided by 250 = your deca dosage in ml's


scratch that ... How ever many mg's you want in a shot / 250 = how many cc's of deca you want for that shot.

This is what I have seen most people do. Keep in mind that some are especially succetable to deca sides, so if you haven't run deca before it might be wise to start off with a lower dossage.
