Comming off rebab of elbow scope, once completley solid will start up. I always plan things out so heres what i was thinkin, i dont want drastic strength, more mass for now. IM on target with diet an all and training. well here goes.

Wk 9-10 prop 70-100mg eod
wait 3 days Clo 300mg Day1; 100mg 10Days; 50mg 10days
Im looking to add at least 10lbs, not too much strength, recover quickly to hold on to the weight, so i can get used to it and eventually try and bulk, and go heavy again. Untill then i will be keeping higher reps and lighter weight. Let me know what you all think, thanks
