ok guys be honest ?????
how many of you all have to take sleeping pills to sleep at night.... this is my fourth cylcle and every time i am on the juice i have to take them to sleep?? just wondering i anybody on the same boat......

melatonin is a natural sedative that is released in your body when you are tired...it gives me crazy dreams though...give it a try.

Best non-addictive sleepy time stack:
2mg Melatonin
500mg Magnesium
50mg Diphenhydramine(Benadryl)

I am a natural insomniac. look im up at 2:00 in the morning!!! Anyways melatonin can be bought at Walmart or any other health store,websites,catalogs.
Im with bubbathehut the stuff will give you the most vivid dreams, and if taken too long,too much will wig you out to where you cant sleep. For me it seems like I have one long half awake vivid dream through out the night that may or may not be so bad to keep me up most of the night.
Benadryl sucks it has a half life that makes it stay in your system for about 16 hours.

Trazadone.... knocks me out in about 10 minutes for at least 8 hours.

i'm usually in a deeper sleep on cycle than not... weird eh?
my snoring is getting worse while i'm on gear too...

i cant sleep for sh*t, valarian root helps little, but still i get 3-4 hours of sleep and lay in bed for 8

i take them quite often when on cycle, but lately we have been doing 2 a days and i have been sleeping fine.

Fina/Prop cycle was rough at first. I would wake probably 10-15 times a night. I took some Tylenol PM's for a while but now I sleep just fine. I guess you just get used to it. Well i did anyway.

I've tried them all. Trazadone, Val, Benedryl, melatonin, etc....... A lot of them will give you a hangover in the morning/all day. That sucks. I have found that the best thing to use is melatonin. Double dose it. It is naturally occuring chem that makes you tired. No hangover in the morning. I use it alottttttt. Cheap as hell at w-mart. Another sleep aid that helps is aluna. Its an herbal that you can buy at the d store. It takes a couple days to kick in. No hangover with this either. If you can get away with using these, you can use the other shi* on bad nights if you need to. If you get used to trazadone, benedryl (benedryl is in most sleep aids including tylenol PM), or Val, you are Shi* outta luck on bad nights when you already took your dose and it did not work!

you could also use clen with ketofin which should knock you out and reduce body fat and catabolism.

Ketofin is what puts you to sleep. If you did a search before responding , you'd see there are posts already about it.

man, i had two sliced turkey sandwiches at work around 10:00am... by 11:00am i was ready to collapse on my desk... maybe give that a shot? i guess you end up getting protein and sleep at the same time... two bird with one stone!

Ha ya food is the best. A big meal will have me passed out sleeping like a baby.
