    First Cycle please help

    This is what i got:

    20ml of eq 250
    20ml of stan 100
    a bottle of liquidex
    a bottle of liquid novladex
    and a bottle of liquid clen

    currently im 6ft 195lbs
    body fat is at 18% give or take.

    what anti e would be better to use l-dex or n-dex?
