probably add a bit of a hardening effect.
Make sure its legit primo, I see alot that is fake or if its real its way over-priced.

what should I run the Primo at 200mg or 300mg a week??
No less than 400mg/wk :dg:
It'll be good for solid muscle gains. 300mg may be fine since you are stacking with other items....
