Help on how to shoot Equipoise and Test E

Hello everyone I need help I been asking for the past minutes on how to run the equipoise

I was going to run it at 300mg a week and test e 400mgweek

But some bros are saying that I should do the equipoise 500 mg a week
and shoot something like 175mg eod

any sugestions on how to do it right
I get know alittle confused
and I did my first shoot today 150mg equipoise

any help please

Twice a week will be good enough.
Put 150mgs of eq and 200mgs of test e in the same needle. Do that twice a week.

MBaraso is spot on. There's no reason to shoot long lasting steroids like EQ and Testosterone Enanthate more than twice per week.

Plus if you do some math you will realize that 175 mg eod is really 612.5 mg/wk So someone is telling you things that they dont even understand. Stick with the advice posted above

I'm coming off a 12 week cycle of E and EQ. I was shooting 400 EQ and 500 Test E per week. Splitting the above dosages in half twice a week. Monday am, and Thursday evenings. Seemed to work fine. My next one though I ill use Cyp, and do 600 cyp, 500 eq, and TREN for 8 weeks. CYP and EQ for 11 total. will see how it works
