    Time On = Time Off?

    quick stupid question but im planning on going onto my second cycle in the next month or so... i heard the saying time on = time off which i understand but... does time on include pct or is pct considered time off....??

    time on pct is not considered time off. Atleast not for me.

    Time off is counted as the amount of time that the exogenous hormones (AAS you were taking) have reachead zero. This includes PCT, as you should not start it until the androgen levels have reached zero. I personally wouldn't count PCT just to play it safe, but your call. Please take questions like this to the PCT forum, its there for a reason.
