Ass is very very sore and it's painful

As of yeterday 4pm I bagn my mutation! any way Im sore as hell it really really hurts man ny ass cheeck hurts my job is 90% physical and I had to take off early from work because my cheeck hurt now my qustion is is this normal and is there anything that I can do to relax the muscle I tried streching but I could barely stretch, **** help!

**** 5 days I dont think I could go that ong I try to touch the spot but it hurts, also I plan on doing 500mg a week so does that mean I should stay away from my next it which is scheduled for thusday?

i would say u did a bad injection or the site is infected, during my first cycle i had lumps on my ass, until we figured out the correct way of doing it...what are u injecting and what size needle are u using?

size of pin is 23 gauge it went in smooth I aspirated and everything Im just lying in bed like a slob I wanted to work out so bad but it was to sore

When injecting, make sure your relaxed and not tense. Some people find it helpful to put all your weight on the opposite leg, so you wont tense up when your injecting. Also, make sure you rub the injection site for a minute or two, kind of like a clockwise motion to spread it around. This helped for me. good luck

what about putting .5 a cc in three or four differnt spots?? will that help

y not??? i dont mind the actual injection. it hurts like a bitch the next day. maybe my body reacts poorly but i couldnt walk. maybe it will spread out the pain??

try using the 23g 1 1/2 gauge and dont forget to wipe the top of the bottle with alcohol as well as the injection site. and as said before make sure your muscle is relaxed before and while shooting...
